A pro-rated refund is available if your child leaves CHS.
Please note: You don’t have to have a PayPal account. You can pay with a credit or debit card. Once you submit your Membership form you will be directed to the Dues Page. This is vital as this is where we collect your information to be included in the PSFA directory.
Please remember spelling is important so you should take care to spell everything exactly as you’d like it to appear in the directory.
