PSFA Frequently Asked Questions

Incoming Freshman families will register and are asked to use our online payment form.   If you need to use a different way to pay the dues, please contact our membership committee.
You must first register online and then you will directed to the membership dues shopping cart where you can complete your payment.

Paying Dues –

All families will need to complete a simple online registration form and either pay by check or online.  If you pay by check, please note the check number to include on your online registration form.  Also, please include your phone number on the check.

What if I missed Freshman Membership Registration?

Feel free to join us!   It’s never too late!  The PSFA supports ALL the students throughout their tenure at CHS and we can’t do it without your support.  We print a member directory each Fall.  If you reigister late, we will send out an addendum.

What if I have two students in CHS?

PSFA membership is per student, so each will need to register.  Separate entries in the directory will allow your child to be found more easily by their classmates and friends.

There is a special rate of $70 when families have more than one student enrolled at the same time.  It is called the Multiple Sibling Membership. The first child must have a Complete Membership at a rate of $130.

What if my son/daughter leaves CHS?

Please send us an email and we’ll issue you a prorated refund.

What if my information changes?

Please send us an email with the changes detailed and we’ll update your record.  Let us know whether this is new information or replacing outdated information.
