When we started this journey in 2016, this isn’t how we envisioned the end of their senior year. Although we are incredibly disappointed that we will not get to celebrate some of these milestone events with your senior, we are determined to make the end of the school year as positive as possible for them. We are writing to share with you some exciting ideas that are currently in the works for our seniors. Also, we are trying to surprise our students with some of these ideas! - Senior Commitment Video: Seniors will share a picture wearing clothing or displaying a sign indicating their college choice. This task has been posted on the Google Classroom and is due by May 27th. All pictures will be compiled into a video that will be shared on June 1st (the new commitment date).
- Senior Lawn Signs: Signs are being printed for each student. We will get back to you with further information on how these will be distributed.
- Senior Gift Bags: We want to make sure each student receives the benefit of all the hard work they have given to the class. We are planning on creating gift bags with some presents!
- Distribution of Caps and Gowns/Yearbooks: More information forthcoming.
- Graduation: This is definitely the event that all of the students want the most. We won’t have any answers until we know more from the state. However, there WILL be some type of graduation no matter what.
