First off….THANK YOU for your support! The PSFA does many great things for our children and we couldn’t do it without the financial support and volunteer work of so many families.
We ask incoming Freshman families to register for 4 years in a single online payment. After you register online, you will be directed to the membership dues shopping cart where you can complete your payment. You will get a pro-rated refund if your child leaves the school for any reason.
There is a special sibling rate of $75 for 4 years when families have more than one student enrolled at CHS at the same time. It is called the Multiple Sibling Membership. The first child must have a Complete Membership at a rate of $150 before the sibling can join at the reduced sibling rate. Separate registrations are required for each child so that each child will have a Directory listing.
PSFA membership options
- The four year PSFA Membership is $150.
- A Sibling Membership at a cost of $75 per sibling, which offers a discount when a family has more than one student enrolled at the same time, and the older child has paid a full-price membership.
How it Works
We have two forms for you to fill out. Once the Member Registration form is completed, it will lead you to the dues payment form. PLEASE make sure you complete both forms so we can link your registration information to your payment.
Late Registration
Did you miss our Freshman membership drive? It’s never too late to become a member. Not only do full term members support their students throughout their time at CHS, but they are eligible for one of ten PSFA scholarships.
